To reactivate the card, you must contact customer support and comply with any review procedures. Continued declined transactions may lead to permanent card deactivation.
You are solely responsible for monitoring your virtual card balance and transactions. We are not liable for any declined transactions or losses due to insufficient funds or misuse.
You agree to pay any applicable fees associated with the issuance, use, and maintenance of the virtual card as outlined in our Fee Schedule. Fees may include card issuance fees, reload fees, transaction fees, and penalties.

You may terminate your virtual card service at any time by notifying us and settling any outstanding balances. We may also suspend or terminate services at our discretion, with or without cause.
